Take red rice boiled rice urad dal chana dal and methi seeds in a big vessel wash it 3 times soak it for over night.

Soak poha before half an hour of grinding. Remove all water. Take some amount in a mixer jar add poha blend in 4 steps. Now keep your batter for fermentation for 8 hours.

Add salt and as required water and mix properly. Heat tawa Sprinkle some water remove excess water by small cloth spread batter evenly. After one minute flip the side when edges are open little. If turns golden brown and spread the aloo masala.

Ready to hot serve.
