In a large mixing bowl, combine the mashed chickpeas, boiled vegetables, breadcrumbs, chopped onion, green chillies, and ginger-garlic paste.

Add garam masala, cumin powder, coriander powder, turmeric powder, salt, and fresh coriander leaves to the mixture and mix it well till all the ingredients combined together.

Shape the mixture into small, round patties or kebabs. For preventing from sticking in hand need to apply a little oil to your hands.

Take a pan and add oil and heat it by keeping the flame on medium heat for shallow frying. Place the shaped kebabs in the pan and cook until both sides turn golden brown and crisp.

Once cooked, remove the kebabs from the pan and place them on a plate lined with kitchen paper to absorb any excess oil. Serve the Veg Shammi Kebabs hot with mint chutney, tamarind sauce, or yogurt dip.
