🌽 Corn 🌽 Poha
Steps

Take poha in a colander & Wash it under running water. Let it drain down the water. Leave poha in the colander till further use.

Chop onions, green chillies & tomatoes. Keep aside. Boil corn 🌽.Drain. Keep aside.

Take oil in a non-stick pan.Add mustard seeds.Allow them to splutter. Add green chillies & asafoetida.Saute.

Add onions & saute till pink in colour. Add boiled corn, keeping a few corn kernels aside for garnish & cook for 2 -3 minutes.

Add soaked poha, salt, sugar & lemon juice.Mix well. Serve with lemon wedges.Garnish with boiled corn & chopped tomatoes.Sprinkle Sev on top.
