Beetroot Cutlet
Steps

First wash and rinse flatten rice and keep aside for 5 minutes. Take a bowl. Add grated beetroot, potato, chopped onion, soaked flatten rice.

Add half breadcrumbs, crushed garlic, asafoetida, chaat masala, Chole masala, kitchen king masala, red chilli powder, Coriander Powder and salt.

Mix well all the ingredients. Make small cutlets from it. Make even and flatten them. Roll the cutlets in breadcrumbs.

Heat up the oil and shallow fry the cutlets. Shallow fry on medium heat. about 3-4 minutes or get nice golden colour and flip over and fry from another side for 3-4 minutes.
