    Corte a cebola em rodelas. A cenoura, as batatas, a abobrinha, o alho em lâminas. O pimentão em tiras. Escolha 3 ou 4 aspargos

  2. 2

    Aqueça a frigideira. Coloque azeite e comece colocando primeiros os legumes mais duros para dourar. Tempere com todos os ingredientes. Apure o sal

  3. 3

    Separe a parte dos vegetarianos. Sirva com arroz branco.
