Ingredients

Serves 2 servings
  • 1 packageseasoned Jingisukan lamb (about 9 oz/250 grams)
  • 2small onions
  • 1green bell pepper
  • Plenty of ground cumin (S&B brand or any ground cumin)

Steps

    Place the Jingisukan lamb in a strainer to separate the meat from the marinade.

  2. 2

    In a skillet (no oil needed), sauté the vegetables over low heat until they start to soften. Add the meat and stir-fry over high heat.

  3. 3

    When the meat changes color, sprinkle in the cumin and pour in the reserved marinade. Continue stir-frying until most of the liquid evaporates.

    Great with yakisoba noodles!
