Ingredients

  1. 3eggs
  2. 200 gsugar
  3. 15 clcrème fraiche
  4. 15 clolive oil
  5. 15 clmilk
  6. 5walnuts
  7. 1 packagevanilla sugar
  8. 100 gCacao powder
  9. 250 gflour
  10. 1sprinkle salt

Steps

  1. 1

    Mix every ingredient except for flour and baking powder

  2. 2

    After having a fluid mixture, add flour and baking powder and continue mixing

  3. 3

    Add to a plate with approximately 25 cm diameter and put it in the oven

  4. 4

    Bake with 170°Celsius for about 35-40 min

  5. 5

    After turning off the oven let the cake rest inside for 5 min and take it out afterwards

  6. 6

    Let it cool down and cut into slices
