Ingredients

2 1/2 poundschopped sirloin
3 slicesbread
1/2 cupmilk
2eggs
1onion, chopped
1/2green pepper, chopped
1 stalkcelery, finely chopped
Salt and pepper
Ketchup or chili sauce

Steps

Soak bread in milk.

Combine ingredients and mix well.

Bake in 350° oven in 2 ungreased loaf pans for 50 minutes. Sprinkle ketchup or chili sauce on top and bake for 10 more minutes.
