  2. 1 poundhotdogs
  3. 6 slicesextra sharp cheddar cheese
  4. 6 cupschili see my recipes
  5. -crust-------
  6. 2 cupcrushed saltine crackers
  7. 1 teaspoonground black pepper
  8. 1 cupmilk
  9. --topping--------
  10. 1/2 cupextra sharp cheddar cheese crumbled
  11. 1/2 cupcrushed saltine crackers
  12. to tasteground black pepper

Cooking Instructions

    Preheat oven 400 degrees Fahrenheit

  2. 2

    Add 2 cup crushed saltine crackers to the milk mix well. Line the bottom and sides of a deep casserole dish.

    Add ground black pepper

  4. 4

    Then the sliced cheese

  5. 5

    Cut the hotdogs into bite sized pieces and fry

  6. 6

    Heat the chili

  7. 7

    Add half of the hotdogs

  8. 8

    Cover with some of the chili

  9. 9

    Add crushed crackers

  10. 10

    Add more cheese slices

  11. 11

    Rest of the hotdogs

  12. 12

    Chili

  13. 13

    Cover with rest of the crackers add ground black pepper

  14. 14

    Put into oven for 30 minutes add cheese then, put back into oven to melt cheese. let rest 10 minutes.
