Cooking Instructions

In a microwave-safe container, combine sake and mirin. Heat in the microwave until boiling to evaporate the alcohol. Let it cool slightly, then mix in the soy sauce to make the marinade.

Soak the salmon sashimi in the cooled marinade and refrigerate for 30 minutes to 1 hour.

Serve the rice in a bowl, top with the marinated salmon, and sprinkle with chopped green onions and white sesame seeds.
