Ingredients

Serves 1 serving
  1. 3.5 oz(8-10 slices) sashimi-grade salmon
  2. 9 oz(adjust to taste) cooked rice
  3. 1 tablespoonsoy sauce
  4. 2 teaspoonssake
  5. 1 teaspoonmirin
  6. Chopped green onions, to taste
  7. White sesame seeds, to taste

Cooking Instructions

    In a microwave-safe container, combine sake and mirin. Heat in the microwave until boiling to evaporate the alcohol. Let it cool slightly, then mix in the soy sauce to make the marinade.

    Soak the salmon sashimi in the cooled marinade and refrigerate for 30 minutes to 1 hour.
