20 years ago (!) I had an oil ramen noodles at a noodle shop called Menchin-tei for the first time, and I've been hooked on it ever since. I discovered the way I could cook oil ramen noodle at home. The yakisoba noodles have a firm texture, and they are perfect for making oil ramen noodles.Adjust the amounts of the sauce ingredients to taste.I often modify the amount of vinegar, depending on how I feel.If you want to eat it warm, microwave the sauce in Step 1, or microwave the noodles and soup together in Step 3. Soupless Ramen (Abura-soba) made with Raoh-brand Ramen Soupless Ramen (Abura-soba) made with Raoh-brand Ramen
I realized that the Raoh-brand instant ramen tastes really close to the soupless ramen served at a certain ramen shop!If you start off with a strong flavor, it's difficult to alter later. So if you're worried about that, start off with a weaker flavor and then add more sauce while tasting. For serving 1. Recipe by shima613 cookpad.japan -

I enjoyed some instant oil noodles, so I the net and came up with my own personal variation. Some basic toppings include pork char siu, menma, green onion, onion, as well as minced shrimp, fried onion, pickled red ginger, or ground sesame; it goes well with anything really. The dressing is rather thick, so it goes well with boiled cabbage, bean sprouts, chicken cutlets, shrimp, and a variety of squid. By the way, the toppings shown in the above photo are boiled bean sprouts, Char siu cut into short pieces, green scallions, menma, and pickled red ginger.I am also using chicken fat that I got from. Pan-Fried Instant Ramen Pan-Fried Instant Ramen
My daughter can't eat steaming hot food, so I thought this would be OK for her.I plan to try it out with different kinds of ramen. If you add the whole soup packet, it will be too salty. I used shio (salt-flavored) ramen. If you use 200 ml of water, the noodles will be very plump, and if you use 250 ml the finished dish will be soupy. Please adjust the amount of water to your liking. [Easy] Tsukemen (Noodles with Dipping Sauce) with Instant Ramen [Easy] Tsukemen (Noodles with Dipping Sauce) with Instant Ramen
I tried out this new type of noodles the other day. They were so chewy and tasty! I was inspired to make tsukemen with them, hence this recipe.[Steps 1 to 2] The dipping sauce tastes better if it's flavored relatively strongly. Please taste and adjust the amount of soup to your liking.[Step 3] Take care not to overcook the noodles.[Others] You could also make the dipping sauce with the water used to cook the noodles, but the noodles will dry up if left out for too long. That's why I decided to make the dipping sauce first. For 1 serving. Recipe by Kagecchi cookpad.japan -
Omelette with Salt-Flavored Fried Noodles Using Instant Ramen Omelette with Salt-Flavored Fried Noodles Using Instant Ramen
I made a recipe using shio (salt-flavored) ramen noodles to participate in a contest.I worked on the recipe to make it simple, to use the soup packet and the sesame seed packet, and to make it not look like it was made with instant noodles. If you wrap the noodles in a sweetened omelette and then arrange it like an okonomiyaki, I thought it would look fun too, and made it like that.Since I used simple salt flavored noodles, I kept the additions simple by just using pork and green onion. It tastes best with lots of green onion.I made the noodles tastier and heartier by wrapping in a fluffy omelette. If you sweeten the omelette with simple syrup, it's hard to mess up, but sugar is OK too. If you add more milk, the omelette will be more soft! For 1 serving. Recipe by happymiina cookpad.japan -
