Ingredients

Serves 2 servings
  1. 10small shrimp
  2. 1/2 bunchspinach
  3. 1 1/2 tablespoonsolive oil
  4. 1 clovegarlic
  5. 1dried red chili pepper, sliced
  6. 2 tablespoonssake
  7. 2 tablespoonsmayonnaise
  8. 1 tablespoonsoy sauce
  9. Pasta for 2 servings

Cooking Instructions

    Blanch the spinach, squeeze out excess water, and cut into bite-sized pieces. Prepare the shrimp by cleaning them.

    Bring a large pot of water to a boil, add plenty of salt, and start cooking the pasta.

    In a frying pan, add olive oil, minced garlic, and sliced chili pepper. Cook over low heat. Once fragrant, add the shrimp and cook.

    Add the blanched spinach and sake, then take 2 ladles of pasta cooking water and add to the pan. Mix well with the oil.

    Add the pasta, cooked 1 minute less than the package instructions, to the frying pan. Add mayonnaise and soy sauce, and mix well.
