Ingredients

  • 100 grcarrots (chop to dice shape and grate lil of it)
  • 100 grraddish (chop to dice shape)
  • 5big red chillies
  • 5little chillies (you can add more if you like spicy)
  • 3 clovesgarlic
  • 3 clovesonion
  • 1 pinchsalt
  • 1 tspsugar
  • 1 tbslemon extract
  • 1 tbsgochujang (korean chilli paste)
  • 5 cmspring onion (chop)

Steps

  1. 1

    Boil chillies, garlic and onion then blend or grind

  2. 2

    Put the grated carrots and chopped spring onion in a bowl and mix with the spice

  3. 3

    Put the chopped vegetables in a big bowl and add the spice

  4. 4

    Mix the vegetables and the spice well

  5. 5

    Add sugar, salt and lemon extract to taste

  6. 6

    Ready to serve
