  1. 2boneless, skin-on chicken thighs
  2. 4–5 tablespoons soy sauce
  3. 2–3 tablespoons mirin (sweet rice wine)
  4. 2 tablespoonssugar
  5. White part of 1 scallion (optional)
  6. Grated fresh ginger, to taste (optional)
  7. Garlic, to taste (optional)

Cooking Instructions
