Easy! Restaurant-Style Double Broth Tsukemen

You can easily make tsukemen with a rich double broth, just like the popular kind at ramen shops, using ingredients you have at home. The thick, flavorful soup clings to the noodles and tastes amazing!
About this recipe:
I love the tsukemen at my favorite ramen shop, and I wanted to recreate it at home. After some experimenting, I came up with this recipe.

Steps
- 1
Cut the chashu into 1/2-inch cubes. Slice the green onion into 1/2-inch rounds.
- 2
Heat the sesame oil in a frying pan and add the chashu. Sauté for about 1 minute.
- 3
Add all the ingredients marked with ★ to the pan and simmer over medium heat for about 5 minutes. Meanwhile, cook the noodles, then drain and rinse them under cold water to chill.
- 4
Taste the soup and add ground chili pepper as desired.
- 5
Pour the soup into serving bowls and sprinkle half of each ● ingredient on top of each bowl. Add your favorite toppings to finish.
- 6
If possible, save some of the noodle cooking water. After eating the noodles, add it to the leftover soup to dilute and enjoy as a broth.
