Cinnamon Roll Bun

I've been craving this for a while. I was curious about how it would taste. Cinnamon has such a distinctive smell and taste. What happens when you combine it with brown sugar? Turns out, one is not enough... It's so addictive, really amazing... I'll definitely make it again. I shared this batch and didn't get enough for myself... Haha... Am I just hungry or greedy? It's a fine line...

Steps
- 1
Place the dry ingredients in a bowl. Gradually add the liquid. Knead until half smooth. Add margarine. Knead again until smooth. Let it rise until it doubles in size.
- 2
Punch down the dough and knead briefly. Roll out the dough to about 1/2 inch thick. Sprinkle with brown sugar, then cinnamon powder, and finally raisins or chocolate chips. Roll it up and cut into 1 1/4 inch pieces. Arrange them directly on a baking sheet or place them in paper cups. Let rise for 30 minutes.
- 3
Bake until done. I used a traditional oven, so I forgot to check the time...
- 4
It's really addictive, you know...
