  • 1.1 lbs (500 grams)finely ground beef or lamb
  • 1 handfulfresh parsley
  • 1small onion, finely chopped
  • Black pepper
  • 7-spice blend
  • Ground chili pepper

    Mix all the ingredients together.

    Spread the meat mixture onto pita bread.

    Grill over low heat.
