Crack the eggs into a bowl. Add the edamame, cherry tomatoes, Parmesan cheese, and salt.

Heat the olive oil in a pan. Pour in the egg mixture and stir over high heat.

When the eggs start to set, reduce to low heat and cook until the bottom is golden. Flip and cook on low until done.
