One of my favorite sauces. I typically make this to serve with corn beef and cabbage with French bread. It is pretty damn good on anything actually... I've put it on salmon, on any kind of deli sandwich, roast beef... This stuff is great.

Sweet 'n Spicy Sauce--Simply Simmered Sea Bream
This simmered sea bream dish is a common meal in our home. Ever since my child was 2 years old, I've been mixing simmered sea bream in rice, and it's been a big hit.I recommend using red snapper because, as you know, it's easy to find and plenty delicious. Once you start cooking the sea bream, leave it alone! To get the glaze to shine, boil well until nice and hot in Step 6. Recipe by Chisora

Fried Diced Haddock in a Sweet-Savory Sauce
I wanted to get my kids, who are very particular about what they eat, to eat fish! I made the haddock into cute diced fried bits, like I used to have in my school lunches.Fresh haddock is the most delicious, but if you don't have any, sweet-salted haddock can also be used as-is. If you're using salted haddock and you feel it's too salty, soak it in light salt water (1 liter of water with a tablespoon of salt) for 3-4 hours to remove the saltiness. Recipe by Nagomi mama

All-purpose Tartar-style Dill Sauce
I used the dill that I grew myself, and tried making some tartar-stye sauce with it. I tasted one spoonful and loved it.Adjust the amount of dill to your liking. This sauce has the flavor of mayonnaise and the saltiness of caper, so I didn't add any salt.If you are using it as a sandwich filling, reduce the amount of milk.Make it as runny or thick as you'd like. Oven-Baked Salmon with Sweet Chili Mayo Sauce
I'm thankful for this dish on busy days since I can just leave it alone in the oven and the side dish cooks with it You don't even need to buy sweet chili sauce, you can make your own..These taste best when topped with heaps of sauce. If you're using the toaster-oven and the salmon seems to be browning before its completely cooked, cover with aluminum foil. It depends on the thickness of the filets, but they should bake for 10-12 minutes. Recipe by Heartful Kitchen Rei
