Ingredients

  1. 100gmm poha
  2. Vegetables..
  3. 2potato
  4. 1onoin
  5. 1green chilies
  6. Spices.
  7. 2 tbsoil
  8. 2 tbspeanuts
  9. 1/2 tbsrie
  10. 1/2 tbshing
  11. 1 tbshaldi
  12. 1/2 bunchcurry leaves
  13. Salt as per ur taste
  14. U want to add red chilies If u want spicy..

Steps

    Firstly step poha ko acha s wash kr k side m rakh da chhan k..

    Heat oil add peanuts fry it add rie, hing, curry leaves, haldi add onion saute it add potato salt mix together cover it for 5 minutes open the cover add poha mix together...mix coriander leaves...

  3. 3

    Serve with bhujia namkeen..
