I used aurora sauce as a dressing for a sauté.

The broth from the shrimp is incorporated with the simple sauce, making a nice and juicy flavor. The mayonnaise will prevent burning and help add a nice glaze to the shrimp. I also like sprinkling in red chili peppers. Give it a try if you'd like! For 2 servings. Recipe by HaradaKiTN

2 servings
  • 15Shelled shrimp, boiled
  • 1 packagesNanohana
  • For the sauce:
  • 2 tbspKetchup
  • 2 tbspMayonnaise
  • 1Salt and pepper

Steps

    Rinse the shrimp, remove the shells, and blot dry with a paper towel.

    Rinse the nanohana, trim off the tough stem ends, then cut into 3-4 cm pieces.

  3. 3

    Combine the sauce ingredients in a frying pan, heat for 3 minutes over high heat, stirring while sautéeing.

  4. 4

    Presentation: Arrange the shrimp in a circular pattern like a flower, then create a mound by alternating the nanohana with the remaining shrimp, and drizzle the rest of sauce on the platter.
