This is a twist on Korean 'Shin Ramyun' instant noodles—just a simple variation! Adding soy milk makes it creamy and mildly spicy.

1 packageShin Ramyun (instant spicy ramen noodles)
2/3 cupsoy milk or milk (about 150 ml)
Chopped green onions, to taste

Steps

Pour 1 1/4 cups water (about 300 ml) into a pot and bring to a boil. Add the instant noodles, dried vegetable mix, and soup powder.

Once the noodles start to loosen, add the soy milk. Simmer for 4–5 minutes.

Serve in a bowl and top with chopped green onions if desired.
