A great alternative to avoid using so much oil with churros!

To make the churros, preheat the oven to 350°F (180°C). Without rolling out the dough, cut it into equal strips. Sprinkle with brown sugar if desired. Bake until golden and crisp.

Heat 6 1/3 cups (1.5 liters) of milk. Use the remaining 2 1/8 cups (0.5 liters) to dissolve the chocolate in cold milk.

Before the milk comes to a boil, add the chocolate mixture and stir until it thickens. Enjoy!
