Ingredients

1 cupapple or pear sauce
3eggs
2"chia eggs" (2 tbsp ground chia + 6 tbsp water)
1 tspvanilla extract
1/2 cupcoconut flour
1 tspbaking soda
2 tbspsafflower or coconut oil
2-3 tbspcinnamon

Steps

Mix wet ingredients, add dry. Let stand for 5 minutes. Full muffin tins 3/4 full. Optional: top with mini chocolate chips. Bake in 400F oven for 15 minutes.
