Rolled Pork Karaage

Even with inexpensive thinly sliced pork, you can make juicy karaage by rolling it up. It's great as a main dish for lunch boxes too. I love making pork karaage because it's easy and doesn't require marinating. The thin slices cook quickly, and rolling them makes them juicy, which I also love.
