Makes 1 rice ball

About 1 bowl (3/4 cup or 150 grams) cooked rice
as neededNori (dried seaweed),
Sliced cheese, as needed (optional)
Red part of imitation crab stick (kani kama), as needed

Steps

Shape the rice into a broad bean (fava bean) shape.

Cut the nori with scissors to make the facial features.

For the ears, stick nori onto sliced cheese, then use a toothpick to cut the cheese slightly larger than the nori.

Attach the pieces to the rice ball. Add a collar using the red part of the imitation crab stick. Done!
