Place the filling in the center of the dumpling wrapper.
Moisten the edge all around with water.

Fold it in half.
It's easier to work with if the overlapped part of the wrapper is about the width of your thumb♡

Starting from the edge, make small folds.
Continue this process♡

Continue folding until about halfway♡
By this point, it should be folded 7-8 times for a neat appearance!

Now, just fry until golden brown (*´ω｀*)
