Heat the sesame oil in a frying pan and sauté the ginger and garlic.

When fragrant, add the ground pork and cook. Add the green onion, doubanjiang, oyster sauce, and sake, and continue to cook.

In a bowl, combine all the sesame sauce ingredients and mix well. Cook the Chinese noodles according to package instructions. Rinse under cold water, drain well, and place in serving bowls.

Top with halved boiled eggs, blanched bean sprouts, watercress, and meat miso. Pour the sesame sauce over everything.
