Ingredients

  • 4chicken breasts or thighs
  • Basil Pesto
  • Sliced pieces of mozzarella cheese
  • 1/2 cupshredded parmesan cheese
  • 1/2 packetItalian seasoning

Steps

  1. 1

    Preheat oven to 350 degrees

  2. 2

    Place chicken into baking pan and spread evenly a thin layer of basil pesto over chicken.

  3. 3

    Place enough thin slices of mozzarella cheese over chicken and add a pinch of salt and pepper.

  4. 4

    Sprinkle Italian seasoning and parmesan cheese over chicken.

  5. 5

    Place in oven and cop for 30-35 minutes and serve right away with a side of rice or pasta!
