Transform leftover pork cutlets or store-bought ones into a stylish dish with a simple twist.
The origin of this recipe: I wanted an easy dinner and had some frozen cutlets to microwave. With a little extra effort, my kids loved it!

Cut the leftover pork cutlets (or store-bought) into bite-sized pieces and place them on crumpled aluminum foil. Top each cutlet with a handful of cheese.

Place in a toaster oven to warm up. (Use the fry mode if available.)

Finely chop the tomato and mince the onion. Sauté the onion in olive oil until soft, then add the tomato and continue to sauté.

Once the tomato breaks down and releases its juices, add the ketchup, mix well, sprinkle with black pepper, and turn off the heat.

Once the pork cutlets are warmed, plate them, pour the tomato sauce over, and sprinkle with parsley.
