Ingredients

  1. spaghetti (I use whole grain)
  2. mexican red salsa
  3. shrimp
  4. cheese (optional) I like sharp cheddar

  1. 1

    Peel the shrimp and discard the legs. Either boil or steam shells and a few heads for a shrimp broth and use this for boiling your spaghetti. Add the shrimp. When near done add salsa, and if you like, some cheese
