  • 2 teaspoonssoy sauce ◎
  • 3 tablespoonschicken bouillon powder ◎
  • 2 tablespoonsmirin ◎
  • 2 tablespoonscooking sake ◎
  • 1/4 cupmilk (4 tablespoons/60 ml) ◎
  • Fish cake (kamaboko), as desired
  • Meat of your choice, as desired
  • Cabbage, as desired
  • Bean sprouts, as desired
  • Carrot, as desired
  • Seafood mix, as desired
  • Snow peas, as desired
  • Noodles for 2 servings
  • Salt and pepper, to taste

Steps

  1. 1

    Season the vegetables, meat, and seafood with salt and pepper, then stir-fry them.

  2. 2

    Cook the noodles according to the package instructions.

  3. 3

    Mix all the ◎ ingredients together to make the soup.
