  2. 2 teaspoonssoy sauce ◎
  3. 3 tablespoonschicken bouillon powder ◎
  4. 2 tablespoonsmirin ◎
  5. 2 tablespoonscooking sake ◎
  6. 1/4 cupmilk (4 tablespoons/60 ml) ◎
  7. Fish cake (kamaboko), as desired
  8. Meat of your choice, as desired
  9. Cabbage, as desired
  10. Bean sprouts, as desired
  11. Carrot, as desired
  12. Seafood mix, as desired
  13. Snow peas, as desired
  14. Noodles for 2 servings
  15. Salt and pepper, to taste

Steps

  1. 1

    Season the vegetables, meat, and seafood with salt and pepper, then stir-fry them.

  2. 2

    Cook the noodles according to the package instructions.

  3. 3

    Mix all the ◎ ingredients together to make the soup.
