[Easy and Budget-Friendly] Stir-Fried Udon with Miso Mackerel Can

I wanted to save money before the end of the year, so I made this with what I had. I got everything from a certain wholesale supermarket, and the total cost was about 80 yen.
The origin of this recipe
I just threw in what I had, but it turned into a rich and delicious stir-fried udon. The udon was 20 yen, one-third of a 100 yen can of miso mackerel, and the onion was about 10 yen, making it a super cheap meal.

Cooking Instructions
- 1
Sprinkle about 1 tablespoon of water over the udon noodles (whether boiled or frozen) and microwave until warm. Slice the onion thinly and microwave it together for a quick prep!
- 2
Heat a frying pan, add oil, and toss in the udon noodles and onion. Stir-fry lightly to coat with oil.
- 3
Add the canned miso mackerel. Break it up in the pan. (One piece is about enough for one serving. Store the rest in a container for another meal.)
- 4
Add the noodle soup base and mayonnaise, and mix well. If you have green onions, add them too. Done!
