This is very special sweets in our house as everyone likes it very much. Rava laddoo can made for any festivals or on any occasions.
Steps

Heat saucepan with 2 tbsp spoon of ghee. Add pieces of cashnew nuts and kismis and fry till golden and keep them aside.

Add grated coconut to the ghee and fry till the raw smell goes and keep it aside.

Then put 2 tbsp of ghee in saucepan and add rava to it. Fry it in low flame till it turn golden and nice aroma comes out of it.Keep it aside

Take sugar in saucepan and add little water. Boil it to make one string consistency. Once the syrup is ready,check with dropping in cold water or holding between the fingers.

Once syrup is ready add all the dry roasted ingredients and mix well. Off the flame and allow it to cool for sometime. Then make laddoos by wetting the hands with milk. Store it in airtight container.
