Ingredients

Serves about 2 servings
  • 2 packsfrozen udon noodles
  • Vegetables as desired (lettuce, cucumber, tomato, radish sprouts)
  • 1 cantuna
  • as neededBonito flakes,
  • as neededMayonnaise,
  • ★Salad Udon Sauce★
  • 2 tablespoonsmentsuyu (noodle soup base)
  • 2 tablespoonsponzu sauce

Steps

    Microwave the frozen udon noodles according to the package instructions, then rinse thoroughly under cold water to chill.

    Wash the vegetables well and cut them into bite-sized pieces.

    Place the drained udon noodles in a bowl. Top with the vegetables and drained tuna, drizzle with mayonnaise, pour the sauce over, and sprinkle with bonito flakes. Enjoy!
