Ingredients

2 servings
  1. 200 gramsThinly sliced pork for shabu-shabu
  2. 1/4Lettuce
  3. 1Cucumber
  4. 1/4Carrot
  5. 2☆Umeboshi
  6. 2 tbsp☆Ground sesame seeds
  7. 2 tsp☆Sugar
  8. 1 tbsp☆Sesame oil
  9. 2 tbsp☆Soy sauce
  10. 100 ml☆Dashi stock

Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    Finely julienne the cucumber, carrots, and lettuce. Julienne the shiso leaves, soak in water, and drain. Cut the mini tomatoes into 2-4 pieces each.

    Pour the sake in boiling water and boil the pork slices one at a time. Once boiled, transfer to a bowl of ice water and drain.

  3. 3

    Transfer the vegetables to a plate and top with the boiled meat. Garnish with the shiso leaves.

    Grind the sesame seeds and mix with the umeboshi. Mix with the other seasoning ingredients.
