You can make authentic coffee jelly easily by using store-bought iced coffee! Make it unsweetened and adjust the sweetness with sweetened condensed milk.
Recipe background:
Since no one in my family is a big coffee drinker, we never finish a 1-liter bottle of iced coffee. I decided to use the leftovers to make coffee jelly, and it was a huge hit! It tastes more authentic than using instant coffee, and you can enjoy a café-style dessert at home.
