8Puri (flat & crisp puris)
1/2onion chopped
1/2tomato chopped
1boiled potato chopped/ mashed
1 tspchat masala
1 tspred chilli powder
2 tbspTamarind chutney
2 tbspGreen Chutney
1/4 cupgrated cheese
Nylon sev
to tasteSalt
Finely chopped coriander

Take plate & place Purvis

Now add mashed potatoes on each puri evenly

Add finely chopped onions & tomatoes evenly on each puri

Now spread both the chutneys as per your spicy & tangy taste.

Sprinkle chat masala & salt

Now sprinkle sev

Add grated cheese as per chessey you like.

Lastly sprinkle finely chopped coriander.
