Ingredients

Serves 2-3 (2 packs of udon noodles)
  1. 2 packs(about 14 oz) udon noodles
  2. 3.5 ozpork (any kind you like)
  3. 3-4 leaves(about 4.5 oz) cabbage
  4. 1/3small carrot (about 0.7 oz)
  5. 1medium green bell pepper
  6. 1 tablespoon★oyster sauce
  7. 1/2 tablespoon★sake
  8. 1 teaspoon★soy sauce
  9. 1 teaspoon★chicken bouillon powder
  10. 1 teaspoon+ 1 teaspoon sesame oil
  11. 3-5 tablespoonswater
  12. Salt and pepper, to taste

Cooking Instructions

    Cut the pork into 1-inch wide strips.

    Slice the carrot into thin slices (about 1/8 inch), cut the bell pepper into thin strips, and chop the cabbage into 1-inch squares.

    Mix the ★ seasonings together.

    Heat 1 teaspoon of sesame oil in a frying pan and add the pork. Stir-fry until the color changes. (Medium heat)

    Add the carrot and bell pepper to the pork and lightly stir-fry together.

    Add the cabbage and lightly stir-fry together.

    Add the udon noodles and water, and mix while loosening the noodles.
