Ingredients

Serves 4 servings
  1. 300 gground beef (about 10 1/2 oz)
  2. 1 tablespoonolive oil
  3. 2 clovesgarlic
  4. 50 gfinely chopped onion (about 1/3 cup)
  5. 30 gfinely chopped green bell pepper (about 1/4 cup)
  6. 1/2 teaspoonpaprika
  7. 1/2 teaspooncumin powder
  8. 1/2 cupketchup (120ml)
  9. 2 teaspoonsmustard
  10. 2 teaspoonsbrown sugar
  11. 1 teaspoonWorcestershire sauce
  12. 1 tablespoonapple cider vinegar
  13. 2 tablespoonswater
  14. Salt and pepper to taste
  15. 4hamburger buns

Steps

  1. 1

    Finely chop the vegetables.

  2. 2

    Heat olive oil in a pot and sauté the ground beef. Once the color changes, discard the excess fat.

  3. 3

    Add garlic, onion, and green bell pepper, and sauté until the onion becomes translucent.

    Add all the seasonings from paprika to apple cider vinegar, and simmer on low heat for 30 minutes.

    Adjust the taste with salt and pepper, and serve in buns! Enjoy with potato chips or French fries.
