The key is the savory sear
of this garlic soy sauce-flavored pork sauté♪

Cooking Instructions

Make cuts in the pork to prevent curling and season with salt and pepper♪
- 2
Lightly coat with flour (shake off excess)♪
- 3
Heat vegetable oil in a frying pan over medium heat, add the meat♪ (Start cooking with the side that will be on top when serving)
- 4
Cook over medium-low heat for about 4 minutes until a nice sear forms, then flip and cook for another 3 minutes or until cooked through♪ (Reduce heat if it starts to burn)

Remove the meat, discard half of the remaining oil in the pan, add ● ingredients, and simmer over medium heat for 1-2 minutes to make the sauce♪

Slice the meat, plate it, pour the sauce over, and it's ready*
