    1. Slice the beef into thin strips (between strips and slices). Marinate with egg white and cornstarch for half an hour. Slice half an onion into thick strips. Mix 1/2 jar of black pepper sauce with an equal amount of water (forgot to include the mixed vegetables in the picture).
