Ingredients

6 servings
  1. 600 gramsTenderloin beef
  2. 75 mlvegetable oil
  3. 75 gramsonion. thinly sliced crosswise
  4. 2 clovegarlic. crushed. mince
  5. 1 sliceginger. thinly sliced
  6. 1 tbspBlack pepper. roasted and crushed
  7. 1 tbspoyster sauce
  8. 1 tbspsoy sauce
  9. 1/2 tspground pepper
  10. 250 gramsbaby kailan. boiled

Cooking Instructions

    slice the beef thinly crosswise

    heat the vegetable oil. insert sliced beef and stir until it changes color. remove and drain

  3. 3

    reheat 3 tablespoon vegetable oil. put the onion, garlic, and ginger together. stir until fragrant

  4. 4

    enter the black pepper, beef, oyster sauce, soy sauce, ground pepper. stir until the meat was over cooked and dry. lift

  5. 5

    put kailan on a serving plate. add the meat on it or stir fry with meat. serve warm
