I added my own toppings to Sapporo Higuma's chilled ramen.
How this recipe came about: I added milk to the soup to make it milder.

Roughly chop the cabbage. Cut the carrot into thin strips. Thinly slice the onion.

In a bowl, combine the included soup base and milk, then dissolve with hot water. Cook the noodles according to package instructions.

Heat the vegetable oil in a frying pan. Sauté the ground pork, then add the carrot, onion, cabbage, and bean sprouts in that order, stir-frying each. Add the soup from step 2.

Place the cooked noodles in a bowl, then top with the sautéed vegetables, pork, and soup. Enjoy!
