Ingredients

  1. 1serving Higuma ramen noodles (or any Sapporo-style white miso ramen kit)
  2. 3/4 oz (20 g)ground pork
  3. 3/4 oz (20 g)onion
  4. 1/3 oz (10 g)carrot
  5. 1cabbage leaf
  6. 1 handfulbean sprouts
  7. 2 teaspoonsvegetable oil
  8. 2 tablespoonsmilk (30 ml)

Steps

  1. 1

    Roughly chop the cabbage. Cut the carrot into thin strips. Thinly slice the onion.

    In a bowl, combine the included soup base and milk, then dissolve with hot water. Cook the noodles according to package instructions.

    Heat the vegetable oil in a frying pan. Sauté the ground pork, then add the carrot, onion, cabbage, and bean sprouts in that order, stir-frying each. Add the soup from step 2.

    Place the cooked noodles in a bowl, then top with the sautéed vegetables, pork, and soup. Enjoy!
