Easy Chicken Katsu Curry with Trader Joe's Frozen Foods

This recipe saves you the step of cutting meat. Feel free to use your favorite vegetables for the curry. Background: I had been curious about making katsu curry using Trader Joe's frozen chicken katsu, so I gave it a try. While it might not be exactly like what you get at a Japanese restaurant, I think the flavor is enjoyable enough.

Add water and simmer over low heat until the vegetables are tender.
