2 canslow sodium black beans
1large jalapeño
3 Tcanola oil
1large onion
1 Tgarlic
1 Tcumin
1 TMexican oregano
to tasteSalt/pepper
1 cupveggie broth
Avocado/Queso Fresco for topping

Add onion through salt/pepper and cook until roasted, throw in black beans and broth and cook down. Mash. Eat.
