  • 3/4 cupbasmati rice
  • 1 cupmango Puree
  • 1/2 cup mango pieces
  • 1/2 tspkesar strands
  • 1/2 cupmilk
  • 2 tspghee
  • Dry fruits slices as needed

  1. 1

    Wash and soak rice for 20 min. Cook with milk till soft (add 1/2 tsp salt)

    Add pureed mango and ghee and mix it well.

    Add kesar and mango pieces. (Sugar can be added to more sweetness)
