It’s the last day of ramadan (day 30) so I Was thinking of something simple to prepare for iftar then I thought of sultan chips to take alongside with tea
Steps

Dice the potatoes and fry in deep oil until properly done. Drain in a colander and set aside

Cook the chicken until tender and dice into small pieces. Dice your veggies into small chunks and set aside

Break the eggs in a bowl and add seasoning then put little oil in a pan on fire and pour the egg mixture until cooked and use a fork to disintegrate the eggs let it cook and set aside

In a frying pan pour little oil, add onions and grated pepper allow to cook add the seasoning and spices also diced veggies i.e carrot, onions green peppers then stir them

Pour your scrambled eggs, chicken chunks and fried chips. Mix well and allow to simmer for a few minutes
Your sultan chips is ready
