Ingredients

Serves 4 servings
  • 1 package (4 pieces)pork or veal paupiettes (stuffed meat rolls)
  • 4-5carrots
  • 8 ozmushrooms (about 250 grams)
  • Shallot and garlic
  • 2 tablespoonssunflower or canola oil
  • Salt, pepper, water

Steps

  1. 1

    Heat the oil in a pan and sauté the shallots.

  2. 2

    Brown the paupiettes on all sides.

  3. 3

    Add the carrots and mushrooms.

  4. 4

    Season with salt and pepper, then add a little water.

  5. 5

    Simmer for 20 to 30 minutes.

  6. 6

    Serve with homemade mashed potatoes if you like.
