Chop the potatoes the size of normal fries

Heat oil in a large pan

When the oil is heated enough dip the fries and let them fries...turn them when necessary

When the fries are dry or cooked as for your liking remove them and put them on a paper towel to get rid of the oil
- 5
Take a flat pan and hit it with little oil
- 6
Beat the two eggs adding a pinch of salt
- 7
Put the fries on the heated flat pan and pour the egg equally around the pan
- 8
Enjoy...can be eaten with tomato sauce and salad
